3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the order value, weight, and delivery location.
Free shipping may be available on selected products or for orders above a specified amount (as displayed on product pages).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via WhatsApp, email, or SMS to monitor your shipment status in real-time.

5. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted logistics partners such as DTDC, Delhivery, Blue Dart, and others — either directly or through third-party networks — to ensure safe and timely delivery.

6. Delayed or Undelivered Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please contact our support team for assistance.
If a parcel is returned due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Packaging

All items are securely packed to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
Fragile and valuable items receive extra protective packaging for added safety.

8. Remote Area Deliveries

Deliveries to remote or non-serviceable areas may take longer than usual or may not be possible.
In such cases, our team will notify you promptly and arrange an alternative delivery option or refund if needed.
