Refund policy

At Muslim Store Deoband, we aim to provide high-quality products with complete customer satisfaction. If there’s any issue with your order, here’s how we can help:


Return & Exchange Policy

You can request a return or exchange within 24 hours of delivery only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Wooden items, customised products, and books cannot be returned unless damaged or wrongly delivered.


Refund Method

  • COD Orders: Refund will be issued as Store Credit (no expiry).

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be sent to the original payment source within 7–14 working days after the quality check.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If the store credit remains unused after 2 months, the balance amount will be automatically refunded to the customer’s original payment method or bank account.
