1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or placing an order with Muslim Store Deoband, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined here. These terms apply to all users, customers, and visitors.

2. Order Confirmation

You will receive confirmation of your order via WhatsApp, email, SMS, or phone call. Kindly verify all details upon receiving the confirmation.

3. COD (Cash on Delivery) Policy

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, a ₹49 non-refundable confirmation fee is mandatory before we process the order.

  • Orders above ₹2000 are not eligible for COD by default.

  • Exceptions may be granted to regular customers at our discretion.

4. Return & Refund Policy

  • Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Returns are accepted only in case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • COD orders will be refunded as store credit only.

  • Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment source within 7–14 working days after product verification.

  • Certain items like books, wooden products, and customized items are non-returnable, unless found defective.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated shipping times and charges will be shown during checkout. Delays due to courier services or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control, but we always strive to ensure timely delivery.

6. Use of Content & Data

We may use customer or vendor names, logos, reviews, and order experiences for marketing and promotional purposes — including on our website, social media, or advertising materials — to build brand trust and transparency.

7. External Links & Integrations

Our platform may link to third-party services and apps for payment, shipping, marketing, and analytics. These integrations may require limited data sharing necessary for processing your orders and improving user experience.

8. Governing Law

All disputes will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Indian laws, under the jurisdiction of courts in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
